Using more hardscape than landscape to maximize pedestrian pathways and experiences, as well as maximizing the usable outdoor spaces and outdoor exhibition spaces, hence allowing the viewers to focus on their experience exploring the Science Park and its contents, rather than focusing on the softscape.
Distinguishing the main facilities with a modern design using the
language of lines familiar to the character of iconic Egyptian architecture and forms, but with a contemporary and abstract approach rather than a more traditional and direct one, from start to end.
EL DAMMAM Mall in Dammam is a modern shopping destination that brings together retail, dining, and entertainment in one welcoming environment. The project focuses on the interior design of the mall, creating a comfortable and attractive experience for visitors.The design includes five main nodes, each planned as a special point within the mall to support circulation, add visual interest, and enhance the overall visitor journey. The interior design combines modern elements with touches inspired by local culture, creating a balanced, functional, and enjoyable mall experience.
